Kit contains castings to convert Farish Hall loco and replace tender.
The Saints were first introduced in 1907, 77 were built of which 47 passed into BR service. The last engine was withdrawn in 1953.
The Saint class can be divided into three distinct groups:
1- the first 10, 2901-2910 named the Ladies
2- the Saints, 2911-2955
3- the rebuilt Scott Atlantics 2971-2990
This kit allows you to model engines from the second group plus those from the third after their conversion from a 4-4-2 wheel arrangement and after they received the curved footplate at both front and rear.
The kit contains castings to convert a Graham Farish Hall loco (not included) and castings to replace the Hall tender body with a 3,500 gallon type. It also contains etched name/number plates. |
