Prices
Prices are all shown in pounds sterling, inclusive of any VAT tax.
Order Processing
We endeavour to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt, however this is not always possible and we ask you to allow 5 working days for delivery within UK and 10 days for international deliveries. If a model is temporarily out of stock, or we cannot meet these deadlines for any other reason then we will email you with the details and ask whether you wish the order to be placed on 'back-order' or to cancel.
Shipping
All orders delivered within the UK are post-free. For international orders we charge postage at cost (airmail unless otherwise requested). International orders with a retail value of £50 or more are delivered post-free.
Missing parts
If you receive a model with a missing or broken part then please let us know. We will normally replace any such item free of any cost.
Returns
Any return of unwanted goods must be made carriage paid, within 30 days of invoice date and in original condition. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 2% (minimum £1). We reserve the right not to refund on any 'special' completed on a purchaser's specific request.
Privacy
We never disclose customer's details to any third party. We will save order details, which will obviously include a name and address, but we will not make a record of your address details unless you ask us to and we do not have access to credit card details.
