Postage costs
We try to keep our shipping costs as easy to understand as possible.
UK orders
Delivery to a UK address.
Our standard method will be Royal Mail 2nd class. If you want a tracked service please contact us before you pay in order for us to get you a price.
Our aim is to post within a day or two of receiving payment but please allow up to 7 days in busy periods. Delivery should be 2-3 working days after despatch.
rates:
up to £2 is post free (to allow customer to buy one sample pack)
£2.01 - £10.00 postage charge of £1.70 per order.
£10.01 - £40.00 postage charge of £2.50 per order
£40.01 and above delivered post free.
Europe orders
Delivery to Europe. Since 1July 2021 European Union has required VAT to be paid on imports from UK. Adding the necessary accreditation to the site to be able to process this properly and be linked to the EU customs is prohibitively expensive. Any shipment to a European country will require VAT to be paid before delivery can take place. This will almost certainly mean the local postal service contacting the buyer for the VAT and possibly an admin charge too. We are sorry for this inconvenience but until we have the necessary IOSS requirements this is beyond our direct control.

order value up to £20 postage is £4 per order (or Euro equivalent if you have chosen to view site in EURO )
order value from £20 to £50.00 postage is £7 per order (or Euro equivalent if you have chosen to view site in EURO )
order value £50 to £100 postage is £10 per order (or Euro equivalent if you have chosen to view site in EURO )
£100 and above postage is free.
Rest Of World orders
Delivery to country outside Europe.
Our standard method will be Royal Mail Standard Airmail. If you want a tracked service please contact us before you pay in order for us to get you a price.
Our aim is to post within a day or two of receiving payment but please allow up to 7 days in busy periods. Delivery should be 6-7 working days after despatch BUT we have to put customs declaration labels on all packages and clearing Customs can take some time. It can add up to 2 weeks onto delivery times at busy periods.

order value up to £20.00 postage is £5 per order (or currency equivalent if you have chosen to view site in local currency)
order value £20.00 to £50.00 postage is £9 per order (or currency equivalent if you have chosen to view site in local currency)
order value £50.00 to £100 postage is £14 per order (or currency equivalent if you have chosen to view site in local currency)
£100 and above postage is free.
