Model includes castings to convert a Graham Farish Hall loco and to replace the Hall tender with a 3,500 gallon type. It also includes pair of etched name/number plates. 

Requires assembly and painting.

Prototype background:

Introduced in 1907, 77 were built of which 47 passed into BR service, the last engine being withdrawn in 1953. The Saint class can be divided into three distict groups;

1 the first 10 ,2901-2910 named the Ladies

2 the Saints 2911-2955

3 The rebuilt Scott Atlantics 2971-2990

This kit allows you to model engines from the second group plus those from the third after their conversion from a 4-4-2 wheel arrangement and after they received the curved footplate at both front and rear.
