The Diamond T is an American design and was introduced to the UK and the rest of Europe by the US forces stationed here during WWII. When they went home after the war they sold off much of their fleet and the lorry became quite a common sight. They were ideal for fairgrounds, breakdown garages and heavy haulage contractors.
